However, data can be used for investigation, for example if criminal offenses are committed or criminal statements are made via the website; data will not be kept longer than the purpose for which the data was requested.

This means that personal data that are collected, stored, used, or made available in any other form, linked to each other and protected via the internet also fall under this law.
Personal data will only be processed if this has been expressly stated and if the reason for which the data is stored is stated. We do not provide your data to third parties without your express prior consent, unless we are obliged to do so by law or a court order.
