Personal data means: data that can be traced back to an "identified or identifiable natural person." The name of a person to whom the data relates is known, or that person can be identified; think of a person's name or a home or email address.
Where your personal data is processed, it is stated exactly which data is used for which purposes. Your personal data will only be used for the purpose for which you left it. However, data can be used for investigation, for example if criminal offenses are committed or criminal statements are made via the website; data will not be kept longer than the purpose for which the data was requested.
For all processing of personal data, only data that you have actively provided will be used. Processing of personal data takes place in accordance with the relevant provisions of the Personal Data Protection Act. This means that personal data that are collected, stored, used, or made available in any other form, linked to each other and protected via the internet also fall under this law.
Personal data will only be processed if this has been expressly stated and if the reason for which the data is stored is stated. We do not provide your data to third parties without your express prior consent, unless we are obliged to do so by law or a court order.
